An extra special drop from the talented Wise team and one thoroughly enjoyed straight on the rocks or even with a tart lemon mixer. Using old vine Eagle Bay Shiraz, triple distilled into gin, with more late picked Shiraz added, allowing the colour to extract over a 3 month period. The perfect night cap tipple. 30% ABV
