CHRISTMAS ORDERS

Christmas orders are currently open for the 2023 festive season.

  • Perth – As we are based in Perth, Western Australia, we are able to take Christmas orders for delivery throughout Perth until 22nd December, or until stocks sell out.  As Christmas Saturday (23rd Dec) will be extremely busy with deliveries, please note we can only make 1 attempt to deliver. Any redeliveries will be made after the public holidays, from Wed 27th December.  With December being our busiest month, please note that morning/afternoon delivery requests may not be possible as we only cover each suburb once a day.
  • Regional WA – orders close 14th December.
  • Eastern States (SA, VIC, NSW, ACT, QLD, NT and Tasmania) – orders close 7th December, with final dispatch 8th December.  All freight providers have advised that this will guaranteed delivery for Christmas.  During this time, we may not be able to have your package arrive on a specific date as all will be leaving by this date, to ensure they arrive in time.  As this also runs the chance that they may arrive early, maybe have your gift recipient pop their gifts under the tree until it’s time to open.

Warmer Months:

Unfortunately the warmer months of the year and chocolate don’t mix. Sending chocolate to regional WA and the rest of Australia from Perth is not recommended as the products/hampers do not travel in refrigerated freight and as such, we are unable to guarantee against melting.  For Perth deliveries we are able to control the temperature in our own vehicles but outside of Perth, deliveries are outsourced.  Please contact us on 1300 667 992 if you have any queries.

Delivery fees

Our delivery fees are as listed below:

  • Perth CBD and most of the Metropolitan area – FREE delivery for orders $100 and over (including Wholesale orders), for orders under $100 – $10 per hamper/product order
  • All other areas including Outer Perth, WA Regional, Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania, ACT, Northern Territory and Tasmania – $15.00 per hamper/product order
  • Wholesale customers (excluding Perth metro) – to be advised on receipt of order
  • Redelivery charge for all areas – $10

Timeframes

We aim to achieve the delivery timeframes as listed below:

  • Perth Metro area – same day delivery available for gift hamper orders placed prior to 2pm. Should you require an alternate date, please select your date on the dropdown calendar within the order.  During our peak periods, ie. Valentine’s Day, Easter, Christmas month, same delivery delivery may not be available.  Yes we can deliver on most Saturday’s, please ensure your orders are placed by 3pm the proceeding Friday. Sunday special occasions like Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Easter, we accept orders right up until the day, but best to place orders as soon as possible.  Feel free to contact us on 1300 667 992 should you need further information
  • WA Regional areas – 3 – 7 business days (dependent on size)
  • Sydney, Adelaide, Melbourne, Brisbane Metro and ACT areas – 5 – 7 business days (dependent on size)
  • Tasmania and Regional South Australia, Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria – 6 – 10 business days (dependent on size)
  • Northern Territory – 7 – 14 business days (dependent on size)
