The founder, Che, a coeliac along with his two daughters, decided to share their homemade sauces with the world, all meticulously crafted to be gluten-free, mirroring the ethos of their sister food truck business.

At the heart of their offerings is the Korean hot sauce, a mild yet distinct creation that set tongues wagging among their food truck clientele. The success prompted them to release it online and in local stores in May 2020. To their delight, the Korean hot sauce quickly became a sensation, winning many prized accolades. From there, they have continued to add many different sauces to their range, tantalising tastebuds of all that try them.
