Contemporary Australian Gin using botanicals: juniper, cardamom pods, coriander seeds, liquorice root, angelica, lemon myrtle and orange peel.  Perfectly smooth so can be drunk either neat, choose our favourite Fever Tree Indian Tonic for a slightly sweeter style or Naturally Light to allow the Gin to express itself. Has a beautiful citrus finish, so garnishing with a fresh orange slice is our garnish of choice. Use in any gin cocktail including Martinis but keep it clean, no olives, use lemon rind to garnish the martini. 40% alcohol.
