Who are The Lake House Denmark?
The Lake House is located amongst the gorgeous green rolling hills of Denmark, in WA’s Great Southern wine region. They have the most picturesque spot, which guess it or not, sits on a lake. The cellar door/restaurant is famed for their generous and delicious platters and sipping the afternoon’s away with a great glass of vino in hand.
The business, or ‘lifestyle’ as they say, was started in 2005 by Leanne Rodgers and Garry Capelli who moved down from Perth.
If you’ve been to any of the local wine festivals, such as UnWined or City Wine, then you have no doubt met the bright and bubbly Leanne on the stall. Leanne is the CEO and the mastermind behind the Vinofood and WineSpa ranges. She creates and develops the recipes for the products and the look and feel of the brand, including the new labelling which was unveiled in 2017.
The Lake House Wines
The wine range from The Lake House has something for everyone. On their Denmark property, they grow Chardonnay, Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir. They also have vineyards in the Frankland River and Mt Barker where they grow Riesling, Merlot, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon.
The Lake House has been given 5 stars in James Halliday’s renowned Wine Companion and are constantly pleasing palates across the country. They have 4 ranges on offer:

We’ve found all the wines to be extremely food friendly and perfect to sit back with and relax.
Vinofood – Gourmet Delights
If you love wine and you love food, then you are bound to love the Vinofood range of products. This delicious range of products combines the flavours of our favourite wine grapes with farm fresh, locally sourced produce.
