What is bee pollen?

Bee pollen is a natural superfood. It’s a natural product collected by bees from various plants.

It can be used in smoothies like above, sprinkled over yoghurt, porridge or cereal, mixed in with honey for an added energy booster and you can even stir it into warm tea or water for a refreshing drink. During the winter months you may even want to add it to your lemon & honey drinks for the extra immunity boost to help fight those colds and flus.

It is important to note however that while bee pollen is generally safe, it can cause allergies in people who are sensitive to pollen. If you have a pollen allergy, consult with a healthcare professional before using bee pollen.

Enjoy the benefits of bee pollen and incorporate it into your daily routine for a healthier you!
